How do you guarantee product quality?

Material & Production inspection: Our Q/C will inspect all production procedures and production reports will be issued and sent to you. Shipment advice will be sent to customers with loading photos.

About the Local taxes and import duties?

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, you can check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

How long will it take to ship the products?

The entire cycle time is mainly determined based on the transportation time. The general cycle is within 45 days after sample confirmation before production.

How to calculate the shipping cost?

Shipping cost was calculated by cargo weight, and volume, and also depends on different modes of transportation, international districts. Accurate shipping cost please feel free to contact with our team.

How to ship the products?

We ship by door to door international express EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT. If the quantity is large, it is recommended to choose sea transportation to save freight. We will calculate the most cost-effective freight for you.

What about payment term?

Can I place my own LOGO? Where can I place the LOGO?

Yes.OEM and ODM are based on minimum order requirements. Logo can be added to the surface of plastic bags, PP boxes, plastic tubes, aluminum tubes, paper boxes, inner boxes, etc. Some earmuffs can have your logo printed on the ear cup.

How can I get samples from Eastragon?

Free samples of most Eastragon products can be offered,with shipping and taxes paid by the buyer.Samples fee will be charged if you need the sample to be produced by new customiezed module.Samples fee can be refunded after you finished an order.Eastragon can get very good rate from TNT and DHL or EMS couriers to save your freight cost.

Can patients with otitis media use ear plugs?

Yes.Patients with otitis media can use soft silicone earplugs instead of plug-in foam earplugs or music earplugs. Soft silicone earplugs are covered outside the ear to prevent water from entering the ear canal during bathing. It also has a certain degree of noise reduction.

How to wear foam earplugs correctly and effectively?

Take the earplug with clean handsPull your ear gently up and slightly out to help open up the ear canalInsert the plug with a slight turning motion until it is well inside your ear canalIf the ear plug doesn’t seem to fit properly, remove it and try again

Why do you need to use earplugs and earmuffs?

Hearing damage is irreversible, and currently the best way to protect hearing is to wear earplugs or earmuffs.

What is ear plug?

Ear plug is a small piece of soft material, such as wax earplugs, foam earplugs, or silicone earplugs, that you put into your ear to keep out noise or water.

What are the meanings of NRR and SNR in hearing protection?

SNR: single value noise reduction value detected according to international standard ISO4969-2. It is a standard to evaluate the anti noise performance of hearing protection products by detecting the attenuation degree of HML three frequency noise. NNR: in accordance with American Standard ANSI S3 Single value noise reduction value detected by 19-1974 standard. It is a standard for measuring the anti noise performance of hearing protection products issued by the American environmental protection organization (EPA) in 1979. At present, the NRR of anti snoring ear plugs sold on the market is roughly in the range of 0-40db.
